Parlor This parlor contains a unique double 8 with parallel (90 degree) stalls on one side and herringbone (70 degree) design on the other. This is the first parlor in the United State to measure differences between the two systems in the same parlor. Automatic cow identification allows parlor operators to collect daily milk weights on each cow. This view shows the herringbone stalls. The parallel stalls sit across the alley to the right. Milking hours: about 4:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. milking takes about 3 hours |
